In 2023, TASSO established its East Africa branch and successfully undertook the 2024 Rwanda Presidential Election Project — providing and installing the entire stage setup, including sound systems, lighting, LED screens, and truss structures. The team moved from outsourcing to establishing their own audio factory, dividing roles between management/R&D and sales. After research, they selected "Tasso"—inspired by Italian poet Torquato Tasso—for its European resonance. The strategically chosen name helped Tasso Audio stand out at European exhibitions and cemented its brand identity.

The first anniversary of the establishment of the factory, the SARS virus swept across China. The domestic economic situation was very bad, and the domestic trade market was struggling.
